I originally left a 2-star review because the bouquet I received looked very different from what was advertised, especially considering what I paid. I was disappointed with the presentation. However, after posting my review, the owner personally reached out to apologize and took my concerns seriously. He offered a partial refund along with a teddy bear and chocolates to make things right. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort to resolve the situation. While my initial experience wasn’t what I expected, I respect a business that stands behind its customers and works to make things right. Thank you for your professionalism.
